How to treat severs disease

What is the calcaneal squeeze test?

The calcaneal squeeze test is when you simply squeeze both sides of the calcaneus or heel bone and see if it elicits symptoms. A positive response to pain is a ‘positive calcaneal squeeze test’. If you are positive then it means you probably have a calcaneal stress fracture (if you are active) or calcaneal apophysitis (if you are younger)
