Can adults get Calcaneal Apophysitis?

No.

Calcaneal apophysitis (or Severs disease) is a disorder in children that causes pain at the back of the heel bone. It is a disorder of the growth plate at the back of the heel bone. This growth plate at the back of the heel bone merges with the main body of the heel bone by the mid-teenage years, so the growth plate or growing area no longer exists. For this reason it is impossible for adults to get Calcaneal Apophysitis.

It is not possible for adults get to calcaneal apophysitis.

If you are an adult and think you have it, you don’t. If you have been told you have it, then you have been told wrong.

There are many other causes of heel pain in adults, its is just that this is not one of them.
