No.
Severs disease (or calcaneal apophysitis) is a disorder in children that causes pain at the back of the heel bone. It is a disorder of the growth plate at the back of the heel bone. This growth plate at the back of the heel bone merges with the main body of the heel bone by the mid-teenage years, so the growth plate or growing area no longer exists. For this reason it is impossible for adults to get Sever’s disease.
It is not possible for adults to have Severs disease.
If you are an adult and think you have the symptoms of Severs disease, then you have something else that is causing the symptoms. If you are an adult and have been told you have Severs disease, then you have been told wrong.
There are a lot of different causes of heel pain in adults; investigate them.
