No you can’t. That is becasue they do not have roots.
Corns having “roots” that they grow back from (like a number of plants do) is a myth. Corns are are thickening of the skin that is caused by too much pressure on the area. The skin thickens up in response to that pressure. Eventually the skin becomes so thick that it is painful – that is what a corn is.
A podiatrist can easily and skillfully remove a corn, or they can be “removed” by other methods, but they almost always come back. They do not come back because the Podiatrists left the “root” there for them to grow back from. The corn comes back as the cause (the excessive pressure on the area) is still there.
If you really want to get rid of a corn, you need to identify the cause of the higher pressure and get rid of that. The cause of that higher pressure could be anything from poor fitting shoes to a hammer toe deformity to an old fracture in the toe to a bunion. The real skill of a Podiatrist is identifying the cause and eliminating that.
